Transcript for "*DO NOT USE* The Road to Vantagepoint: From PIM PA Forward":
Welcome, everyone. Thank you for joining today's webinar, the road to vantage point from PIM PA forward. Today's session is a fireside chat focused on helping PIM project accounting and time and expense customers understand what's next and how to move forward with confidence. We'll be outlining the opportunities, risks, and recommended next steps associated with moving to sustaining support, along with a clear call to action to help you plan your path forward. This will be a conversational session rather than a product demo, and we'll be providing a recap of the sustaining support communication, what it means, and addressing frequently asked questions we're hearing from customers like you. For the best webinar experience, please use Google Chrome. Audio will be streamed through your computer so there's no dial in. Resources are available for you to download on your screen, and an on demand recording will be emailed within twenty four hours after the webinar ends. If you have any questions, please type them into the q and a box. We'll follow-up after the session to answer any specific questions sparked by today's webinar and continue the conversation. With that I'll hand it over to Steph Domingos. Thanks Caroline and welcome everyone. So whether you joined us back in February, for our first webinar or you're joining us for the first time today, thank you for taking the time to be here. We're pleased to have the opportunity to just continue the conversation and just help you better understand the options available to you as you plan for the future. So our goal today is pretty straightforward. We just wanna give you a a clear update on where things stand with PIM product counseling and project counseling related modules like timesheets and resourcing, walk you through, what the move to sustaining, support actually means in practice. And also just spend most of the time just tackling what moving to vantage point actually looks like and what it means to your business as well as how to get there. So what we'll also cover, is just some frequently asked questions that we get from our customers. And one thing that you're gonna hear throughout the session is really just the earlier you start the conversation with your account manager, the more options and overall flexibility you'll have with, just planning the transition. So joining me today, we have Ed Zennanti, senior director of product management who owns PIM Roadmap as well as strategy, and Pete Jacobs, senior solutions engineer who supports customers through these types of transitions every single day. And then last but not least, myself. I'm Steph, senior principal account manager working with both of our PIM and vantage point customers. But, before we dive into any kind of great detail, I just wanted to hand things over to Ed and Pete just to tell you a bit more about themselves, I suppose their their kind of backgrounds and the perspective, that they're gonna bring to today's, discussion. So I'll hand things over to Ed, first. Alright. Thank you, Steph, and, welcome. Gosh. Where to start? Dates back to 2003 when I came to Deltek. I was working for a large construction and engineering firm, as a director of finance. And, guys, can you believe it? I used to wear a hard hat, every day. But since then, you know, I've, I started off as a principal consultant, helping customers like you, you know, doing implementations and, providing just kinda industry best practice. And then, you know, I had, gosh, a lot of fond memories, working with customers, getting in to solving, any type of issues that they may have. You know? Then from there, starting in 2014, I came over to the product management group, in VantagePoint, focused on accounting and back office functionality. And, and then over the... In this... In the past year, in addition to my VantagePoint responsibilities, I was asked to lead the PIM and ARCHISNAPR product management teams. And, you know, so it's it's... I've been very fortunate to to work on both sides of the house, you know, consulting, learning from customers like you, and then taking all of that, into the products that, Deltek delivers. And so with that, enough about me, Pete. How about yourself? Sure. Thanks, Ed. Hi, everyone. Pete Jacobs. My role for the last decade has been to work with clients to understand their challenges and present how project based systems can overcome these and try and help install best practice processes along the way. The the real value driver there is to produce measurable outcomes in terms of performance metrics for your businesses. Okay. Well, thanks, Ed and Pete, just for diving into your backgrounds a little bit more. It's great to have both of you, on today's call. So let's get into it. Just starting with... I suppose just a look back in terms of how we got here. So, Ed, this is the first question for you. Let's just start with a, suppose, a bit of a recap. So for anyone who wasn't with us in the webinar, back in February or for those who would just appreciate, I suppose, a bit of a refresher. So what did we announce, earlier this year and also why? Yeah. Absolutely. Super important. Right? So in January of this year, we let customers know that TEM project accounting module or PEMPA is gonna move from maintenance support to sustaining support in January 2027. And then, per the August announcement last month, the PIMPA module will move to end of life in January 2028. Now super important to note here, the rest of PIM, including PIM core, stays fully supported and continues to have its own road map. And, you know, I am super excited for everyone to see PIM's AI powered Della for documents that will be coming in the PIM '26 dot 1 release that'll come out later this year. Now as to why Deltek made this decision, to retire PEMPA, well, the main reason is that, you know, PEMPA has not kept up with market expectations of a modern system. So what I mean by that. Right? The system still relies on Internet Explorer for certain functions. Customers can't configure the system without, you know, some help from Deltek. And there's just this lack of embedded dashboards and capability like that. You know, and this has led Deltek to make a difficult decision, you know, to start retiring the solution because we wanna give customers our best possible technology and experience using Deltek products. So with that in mind, VantagePoint has become Deltek's flagship ERP product. You know, this makes sense more to focus our investment in VantagePoint versus diluting that investment across two overlapping products. Now I'd like to take just a second and highlight some of the key strengths of VantagePoint. You know, starting with the the back point... Backbone of VantagePoint, it is built on a seamless GL and project cost accounting framework. Now why is that important? Well, it means, less effort and time to capture transactions and it... Because it has an immediate impact to the ledger for project based businesses. You know? And then onto, you know, VantagePoint utilizes the the latest in AI driven Dell platform, you know, from Dell Insights, for project managers, business developers, accounting. You know, it's all tailored to support your business. I'd like to go a little bit deeper, and some of these, you know, great features that you'll see in VantagePoint, like dashboards built into the tool that are configurable by you. Right? And so... And that configuration doesn't, you know, stop with just the dashboards. It's across the entire platform. You have the ability to configure a vantage point to support your business process, and that's really important. And then layered on top of all of that is AI insights for key areas like accounting, time, and expense, just to name a few. Now other things like AT invoice approvals to streamline your procure to pay process. Right? So you take, an invoice, you upload it, you use ICR to read a lot of the the fields in there, and you route that for approval. It goes on to... With, like, our powerful draft invoice approval, feature where, using, the billing, allow project managers to mark that up, those drafts, route them for approval, and then get them posted into the system. And one of the areas that, is really a core strength advantage point is its rev gen engine and the ability to calculate WIP right into the financial reports so that you don't have to take all that that whole process out to Excel to manage and bring it back. Additionally, there's, mobile apps that allow users to submit cost and other users to approve it, templates for your project plans to reduce admin times for setting up budgets. You know? And and for some of you, I... I'd love for you to see how VantagePoint full suite can replace Sage or Xero as your GL so you can kind of take full advantage of a fully integrated ERP. Now shifting gears a little bit, you know, we also recognize that time is of an essence to make a decision. So what matters most now is how you use that time, and our recommendation to every customer, it's it's very consistent. The sooner you begin to plan with your account manager, the more control you'll have over the scope, timing, and outcomes. Thanks, Ed. And, you know, that's really useful recap, just in terms of how we got here. So we've talked about, I suppose, what we announced and and why Deltek ultimately made that decision. But let's just focus on what it actually means for customers. So question for you, Pete. What does sustaining support actually mean in practical terms and what customers can expect to change? Sure. And and that's a really big question for all of the audience members listening to this webinar. What does this mean in practice for us? So as Ed mentioned, from January 2027, PIM project accounting moves into sustained support. Now many clients that I talk to on a day to day basis come into the initial assessment call with the expectation that that means PIM is gonna be switched off completely in January 2027, which is causing a lot of panic. That is not the case. So PIM consists of two core modules that, again, Ed Ed has mentioned. So you've got PIM call, which is your emails, your documents, your drawings, your contract management, your site data capture. This module is not affected. K? And it continues to be fully supported with ongoing investment such as AI capabilities in the new release of 20 '6 .one. But the other module, which is PIM project accounting, so that is the resource planning, that is timesheets, expenses, purchase invoicing, sales invoicing, and your connection, ledger connectors. This is the module that is moving into Sysay support. So for both SaaS or cloud, an on prem customers, all standard PIM project accounting functionality still remains supported by Deltek. So that means if you encounter issues with the standard timesheets, expenses, sales invoice, purchase invoices, or any of the other out of the box processes, Deltek's gonna continue to to support you throughout 2027. Really, when we're talking about risk, it's not that the system is gonna suddenly stop as of January 2027. The risk is what's gonna happen over time. Because as operating systems, databases, browsers, or the other connected systems you've got in your tech stack, what they're gonna do is continue to evolve over time, while pin project accounting remains at a standstill. So as those systems evolve over time through updates or pack patches or fixes, the customizations or the integrations that you have are gonna fall behind as PIMPA stays stationary. So, eventually, what's gonna happen is that those customer elements are gonna eventually stop working. But there's also a compliance question here or a consideration. Organizations that are maintaining the cyber essentials plus certification are required to use software that is actively supported by its vendor. And once the product enters or a system enters the same support, it means it no longer meets that requirement. And that means that, unfortunately, that you'll not pass your next, Cyber Essentials plus audit. So for those affected organization, this creates more of an immediate plan or need to plan for a transition rather than treating this as as a future consideration for the latter part of 2027. Thanks, Pete. And, you know, those are really good examples as to why planning ahead, just really matters so you can get ahead of things. But I'm gonna switch things over to you, Ed, and, I suppose just get a little bit more specific around risk. So let's just say, you know, for someone using PIM product accounting today, what should they actually be looking at in terms of their own environment that could present a risk in 2027? Yeah. Great great question. You know? And Pete was kind of alluding to some of this. You know, when you're assessing your readiness, you know, one of the areas to review, is how much you've adapted PIM project accounting to support your business process. You know? That might be through, again, as Pete has said, custom fields, calculations, workflows, reports, invoice formats, maybe some integrations. And these solutions were developed to meet a specific business requirement at a specific point in time. But it's important to remember that, you know, Deltek does not provide ongoing development or enhancement of customizations once they're delivered. You know, the real consideration is what happens when your business changes. And let's face it, things are changing quickly, in the environment today. Right? And as Penn Project Accounting moves into sustaining support, we won't be able to introduce new functionality or extend existing customizations to accommodate future process changes and requirements. So while your system may continue to support the way you work today, it can become increasingly difficult to adapt and support the way that you wanna work tomorrow. So over time, that can limit the value the solution delivers and reduce its ability to keep pace with the evolving needs of your business. And, Ed, as as you mentioned in in this sort of introduction piece, your PIN can't be configured by the the team members on the call. Right? So you'd need to come back to Deltek, pay us some money, and we do the testing and configuration for them. So I think part of the question then becomes, can your business continue with the current processes if the custom that you've applied to PIM project accounting fails? So have you got some bespoke reports that your team or the wider team look at daily to monitor your business and the performance metrics? Those are the clients that we really want to start thinking about treating this as an impact for now rather than, something that could impact the business sometime in the future, which will shorten that, you know, scope or or site to something that needs to happen now. Yeah. Great questions, Pete, to... For for our clients to consider. And I and I have to say, though, on a positive note, you know, VantagePoint has its own configuration tools that allow you to adjust the screens, the reports, the dashboards, the calculations, and you do it yourself, without any need of Deltek services. And having that, ability to adjust to your work process on the fly is so powerful, you know. And in the last twelve months, since we've been running the conversion process, it's been great to to demonstrate these configuration tools live with customers, and it does. It quells a lot of the need for the custom, that they were experiencing in PIMPA. And and speaking of the, you know, the Delta consultants that will help, you know, they have a deep knowledge of PIM and the customizations that you guys have needed. And they're in a really good place to help you convert that custom into just a a configuration setting with AdvantagePoint, and they understand this and are here to help you, overcome the need for custom entirely. Well, thanks, Ed. And you... You've touched on something now that, I'd say, you know, comes up quite a lot in customer conversations that both Pete and I have on a daily basis. And that's, you know, once customers start looking at their customizations and processes, you know, the discussion, I suppose, naturally moves on to, you know, what the future solution could look like. So, Pete, could you just walk us through, you know, what the options available as customers today looks like? Yeah. Absolutely. And there's no real single answer to that because different clients will take different approaches depending on their requirements. So some of the clients will choose VarnishPoint for office, which essentially replaces in project accounting capabilities pretty much like for like, but you've got the addition of CRM in there. So we can offer CRM, resource planning, cost entry, and then purchase invoices and sales invoices. Other clients choose VonagePoint four suite, which replaces both pinpointed accounting and the general ledger that's currently in use. And that gives them the single system across their business, across all of their project and financial operations. And that means that all of the entry that's happening from the end team is flowing directly into the GL ready for the month end close to happen. We can also integrate Varnish Points with your existing PIM call solution. So you're not losing your emails, your documents, your drawings, or the QA processes that you've developed or built in PIN over time. So, really, the right option depends on what you as a customer need from the platform, where you wanna take your business in the future. And that's exactly what we'd work through together in discovery sessions or assessment sessions and conversations before making any recommendations to you. Yeah. And and just on that point, and just wanted to make this really clear, you know, none of these options require you to figure it out by yourself. So, yeah, whether or not you're considering to be an advantage point or even explore other paths, we just really wanna encourage you to engage in a survey. So the sooner, you know, we understand your plans, the best position will be to just provide you with guidance, you know, answer questions, and really just kinda help you along the way in terms of next steps. But, so we... We've covered the different routes, customers can take, but let's just, I suppose bring that a bit to life, add some color to it. So, Pete, I I know you and I both spent a lot of time speaking to customers who've already gone through this journey. Are there any kind of common reasons why customers are choosing to move to Montice Point? Yeah. Absolutely. And and, you know, we talk to customers every day, right, who are looking into this conversion process. And and one thing that that we see almost every customer say when they start out wanting to look at VonagePoint is that they want it to work in exactly the same way that they use PIM project accounting. And that's completely understandable because it's what you're used to. But what usually happens is that that you quickly realize that you don't actually need to copy everything that PIM project accounting does as Varnish Point does many things differently, but often in a way that is much more simple. So Ed's already mentioned things like the the templates for resourcing or budgeting. Those sorts of elements are ways that we can start reducing the administration that goes into your your project information. So the focus really becomes, you know, how do we how do we recreate the old system? System? How do we recreate PIM in a new system to how do we make the most of a new journey that we're on? And once customers go live, that's when really all of this value kicks in at once. Are they starting the benefits? And you begin using more of the platform, so things like the reporting or the inbuilt dashboards, the resource management, CRM, and and project management all in one place. And when you're using one platform that all... Everyone in the business is contributing to, that's when you really start seeing value out of a system like Varnish Point. And during the demonstration, there's there's a couple of points that stood out for me over the last sort of twelve months. And that is customers like in VarnishPoint, how much of the information they can manage themselves. If you wanna add a new field, add a new dashboard, update a dashboard, change workflow, you can do that yourself without having to contact Altaq or or pay us to make the change for you. The second is AI is is very very much a buzzword in the industry at the moment. And having the AI features already built in to help us speed up everyday tasks, as I mentioned, monitor approval processes, things like that, so that is already built into the tool, and that's coming in PIM in the next release in twenty six one. But, also, looking forward in Varnish Point to the next release in q four this year is being able to connect Varnish Point's AI to external AI sources, so Claude Copilot, to even more... To leverage even more of the tools that your team are using to connect with your business systems. And then the third point is really key, actually, and that's bringing everything out of periphery spreadsheets, which plugs the gap or plugs some holes in the processes that you have now in from project accounting so that you can, you know, use much more processes embedded within the ERP. And a classic example of that with customers I talk to is something like WIP reporting or WIP calculations. But, Eddie, is there any other comments that you've heard from clients that you'd wanna surface here? Yeah. You know, a comment I hear regularly from customers that have moved to VantagePoint is, they really... You were alluding to it. Right? If they feel much more in control of of the system and and making sure... And I've said this, and I'll say it again. Right? Making sure that, you're tailoring the system to your, work processes and not the other way around. Right? And an example of that, reporting, right, is having the ability to get the reports in the way in the format that you need it easily. And that could be in the form of dashboards as well. Right? And and and it's getting to the information, quickly and where you need it. Again, we've talked about AI capabilities and and just... Oh my gosh. Just some of the things that are so tedious, like general ledger analysis or, you know, making sure time sheets meet, terms and conditions that you set with a customer. Right? I mean, all those kind of things, are being surfaced and and, improved by AI capabilities in our Dell platform. And, you know, sometimes just the small things make the biggest difference, you know, and we've kinda talked about this. Right? It's just the ability to add a new field on a a, you know, in a a a project hub that I need to track certain information. It's just... It makes it easy. It's it's a no brainer. And I and I, again, I support my business process by building VantagePoint around it. And those things really, I think, are powerful. Oh, thanks, Ed. And and, really, just to kind of summarize, the the main message that we'd like to leave you with today, you know, this isn't just about moving away from an older system or, you know, just meeting a deadline. It's about, I suppose, giving your business a a better, you know, tool, or better tools even, more control, and and just a platform that helps you work more effectively and efficiently. So I know we've talked about why customers are are making the move and, you know, perhaps the the value they're seeing once they're there. And I can imagine a lot of people listening right now, they're probably sat there wondering, you know, what does that journey actually look like in practice? So, Ed, can you just maybe talk us through what a typical conversion project looks like? Yeah. Absolutely. So it's gonna follow some, key milestones. And and first and foremost, right, is the discovery and assessment phase. And this is where Steph and her team will spend some time with you understanding your current processes, challenges, goals, and alongside of that, demonstrating VantagePoint and how it can solve those problems. And then when we come to a mutually agreed, implementation, right, it's time for, how we can deliver this value. So we're gonna introduce you to the Deltek consulting team, arrange a project kickoff so that everybody can get acquainted and and aligned on the plan. And from there, move into the data migration planning, where we decide, you know, what historical data needs to be, brought across into vantage point. Then comes, the system configuration and then the build out phase within VantagePoint. And and look, just because you can build the beast doesn't mean you need to. Right? We we have this term. We say if you build the beast, you have to feed the beast. And so I caution you just because you can do all these wonderful things, take a tempered approach with how you would, build out VantagePoint. Maybe, keep it simple to start and evolve from there. And while that's important, right, is, time is of the essence. And so once we kinda build out the configuration, it's time to test. Right? And so we want to, just from a change management perspective, help your team out, so that they can walk before they run with the capabilities that they're gonna find in VantagePoint. And, and then from there, right, we're gonna look for anything that's gonna impact the timeline. And, again, don't build the beast because that will impact your timeline. And then once testing is complete, right, we wanna focus on, training and change management to make sure your team is comfortable and confident using the system. Then we'll move to go live. And then really important is the post go live assistance that we can provide your team just to make sure that, you've got everything in place and you're ready to go. Pete, any other additional thoughts? Yeah. It's it's important to note that we have an out of the box VarnishPoint deployments that follows industry best practices, and we've used our forty years experience implementing this with customers and baked it into VarnishPoint. So you've got set up of the entities, the the processes, reports, and dashboards. And if your requirements are close to that standard deployment, the implementation can usually move quite quickly. But if you have more bespoke requirements, then, yeah, they need... Or or significant customization will need to have, you know, naturally a bit more time with you to understand and scope those items. So that's... That will need to take a bit longer. But as a really rough guide, a typical VonagePoint implementation takes around four to six months, and that all depends on the complexity of your business as well as your requirements. Some of these implementations are completed a lot more quickly than that, while others can take a bit longer. And what we wanna do is work closely with you to build a timeline that makes sense for your business and your goals so that we can both assure the right outcome for your for your team and your business. Thanks, Bert. And, you know, one thing that's clear is that every project is, you know, a bit unique, a bit different. But there are some things that customers, can be doing today just to put themselves in the best possible position. So question for you, Ed. If someone finishes this webinar today and, you know, just wants to start taking action this week, let's say, where would you actually recommend that they begin? You know, the introspective. Right? Start with a a... An honest internal audit, about, you know, what do you like with your current system? What doesn't work? What are your long term requirements, that you need to support your work process going forward? And then make sure that you're not doing this in a vacuum. You wanna make sure that you're involving, this discussion and this process with everybody across your organization, finance, IT, project managers. Bring them all in, and they will appreciate that. And I think, lastly, probably most importantly, get in touch with us, right, so that we can get the discussion started, and get you, you know, a good jump start down, this process. Yeah. No. I I I definitely echo that, Ed. So get that first conversation in the diary with your account manager. Your account manager might be me. But if you're not actually sure who that is, just email, the email address that you see on the screen now. So
[email protected], and we'll definitely put you in touch with the right person. And one of the points I want to mention at this point is is just what we often see is that customers who actually start the discussions earlier just have a a much clearer, I suppose, picture of the options available, you know, key milestones that they have to hit as well as, you know, timelines, related to their specific project and requirements. So it's it's not necessarily about, you know, moving the fastest. It's it's more just about giving yourself a bit more time to allow you to make informed decisions on this. And, you know, while every kind of customer's journey is definitely gonna be a bit different, we're also working behind the scenes just to, you know, try and make, process a bit, simpler and streamlined, you know, wherever we can, which leads me on to my next question. So, Pete, are you aware of any improvements or kind of developments underway, that could help simplify or might even accelerate the journey of our customers in the future? Absolutely. And there's some really exciting news on the horizon because what the Delphic team has been doing is looking to accelerate the PIMPA to Varnish point data conversion process. And we've invested in new data migration automation tooling, which is gonna greatly simplify the process for our customers. And this means, ultimately, that we can move you through the implementation steps that Ed mentioned faster so that we can start the implementation step and training the team faster so that you're gonna receive value from the system faster as well. But just to note, this is still a really new concept for Deltek and and for the team, so just bear with us because this does need to be, as everything does need to be, tested and fully tested before we roll it out as an option to you. But just know that we're working as fast as we can to get this option in front of you in these sessions. And we'll definitely keep you posted as that tooling matures. But for now, let's just turn our attention to what I would say is probably some of the most frequently asked questions that we're hearing from our customers. So first question is for you, Pete. So how long does the process take, and what resources are required for the project? It's a great question and one that I see every every session that I run, and it it varies with the complexity. So a typical standard, you know, implementation takes from four to six months. So while, you know, there are some time frame considerations, if you close the standard, it will move quicker. If you have a lot of customizations, it's gonna need a bit more time to to develop those custom items. On the resourcing front, you're gonna want someone from finance who understands the current project accounting processes. You're gonna want someone from IT for data as well as the integrations to the wider tech stack that you've got, and then time from your project delivery leads for the testing and the training. But we, as Deltek, we always size this properly during the assessment phase rather than guessing upfront. So don't worry. Along with that bespoke time frame, we'll also give you a, the the roles that we suggest for you during those sessions. So, again, it's not a guessing game. It's it's all carefully laid out for you and your team. Thanks, Kate. And, another question we're hearing quite a lot is around PIM core, PIM core being the document, email, and drawing management portion of the system. So question for you, Ed. Will customers be able to keep it? Yes. Definitely. You know, this change only impacts the PIM project accounting module. PIMCOR and the rest of the PIM suite remain fully supported with their own road map. And many customers will run the PIMCOR integrated with VantagePoint to keep, entity records in sync. And I know, Pete, can you, kinda elaborate on that a little bit? Sure. So so for customers that are running PIM call, as I've noticed, there is, an integration which lets data flow between Varnish Point and PIM. So moving project accounting to Varnish Point does not mean losing connection of... To the rest of your PIM environment, especially the DMS, the emails, the drawings, etcetera. And we're gonna walk you through during our sessions together the specifics for your setup in those readiness conversations since it depends on really which, which modules you're running, in PIM. But during those sessions, I'll also be walking you through, you know, that integration in a live demonstration system so you can see exactly what data flows, between each system. And another topic that's, seems to be doing the rounds, general, a lot of interest, in the industry is all around AI. So, Ed, what AI capabilities does VantagePoint have? Well, broadly, you know, as I've noted, earlier, VantagePoint's road map is focused on intelligent automation and insight capability across the project life cycle. And the way that I kinda like to think about, right, is you have the acquisition of the project and you have the execution of the project. And and so the way we've kinda broken this out is from a win, plan, execute, and then across all of that, right, is analyze. And we are incorporating, AI and AI components in all of those areas. And, look, we are happy to go deeper in this area. And, you know, through a conversation with the team, we're happy to provide some demos and what this looks like. And, it is really gonna be, powerful and really get the kind of the future of VantagePoint. And last but not least, a question for myself that I get on quite a regular basis is, just around cost. You know, how much does vantage point cost? And, unfortunately, there's no one size fits all answer, to that question because the cost really does depend on quite a few factors, including, you know, what vantage point solution best fits your needs, you know, whether you plan to retain and integrate within call, and also any kind of specific requirements, that you might have, maybe integrations that are required. So every proposal is definitely tailored to you and your business. But as a a good starting point, I would just suggest reaching out, to your account manager. And they'll be able to talk you through your current PIM project accounting investment and, the options available to you, depending on your specific requirements. And then from there, I know Pete's mentioned it a couple of times, but we typically arrange a discovery call just to learn a little bit more around your requirements, and then we'd follow-up with a tailored demonstration before pulling that all together and preparing a proposal that's based on what we've uncovered in those sessions. Okay. So with that, that's the end of our FAQs. But one thing I wanted to make very clear is that if you do have any questions, just please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Hopefully, today's session has helped answer some of the questions that you had and, also giving you just a a better idea of the options available to you. And if you were to just take, you know, one thing from this session, you know, let it be this, and it's just to really get in touch and start the conversation early. So the earlier we understand, you know, your requirements, future plans, the best place will be to just help you explore the options available to you and also help you, just figure out what the next steps are, around your particular requirements. But before we wrap up, hopefully, you can see a poll on the screen now. And it only takes a few seconds to complete, and it really does help us just understand a little bit more around where you're up to in your journey. So the the question on the poll is, how are you approaching your transition from pin project counseling? Thanks again for your time today, and we look forward to speaking with you soon.
