So let let's begin. Right? Again, I wanna thank you all for joining us today. And what we want this conversation to be is to really give you a high level overview of Deltek's cost point. What it is, who it's built for, and why so many government contractors rely on it to help them run their business, to run their government contracts. Right? So this isn't a tailored demo specifically for your company. This is a introduction to see whether a more specific demo makes sense where you can go into a deeper discussion, follow-up with us, have a tailored solution with a solutions engineer that is focused on your environment, your priorities, and specifically your business challenges. Right? So let's talk a little bit about what is Costpoint. So Costpoint is Deltek's ERP built specifically for government contractors. It supports you all the way from opportunity throughout contract closeout. With the project accounting, we have the compliance, the financials, all built within one solution, within one system. And that's because it's built on Deltek's intelligent platform. It's a modular platform where you get some flexibility and scalability without that complexity. Right? You're not managing multiple systems, multiple solutions. What you're doing is really future proofing your business with the functionality you need today and a clear path to advance you forward to with modules that scale as you grow to help you get to where you wanna go. Right? So Costpoint is designed around this reality within government contracts, which you're all we're all familiar with. Right? Your budgets can't slip. Your audit you can't fail those audits. Right? And leadership needs answers that's real time. They don't really wanna wait until month end to get updates on their financials, how their project is performing. Right? So unlike other generic ERP systems, Costpoint is designed around how government contractors actually work, what they actually experience. Projects are the center of everything. Your cost, your revenue, your compliance, those are all rolled in into the project level here within Costpoint. So it gives your finance team and your operations team that same version of truth and that visibility throughout their entire contract. So Costpoint combines these three things that, you know, contractors may struggle to to manage and and to balance. And those three things are, you get that real time access to your insights, to your to your data, to help you make better decisions. The next is you have that built in governance and that compliance so that you're audit ready at any time, and it's scalable. So Costpoint grows as you grow without heavy customization. Okay. Deltek is in this with you. Right? We're supporting you. Deltek is your trusted adviser in government contracting. And we're your trusted advisor because we've been in government contracting for more than forty years. And with that, Costpoint supports over 1,900 government contractors, including the majority of the top 25 federal contractors. Right? And nearly 90% of all of our customers are small and midsize organizations. I've seen Costpoint work for companies with five employees and five projects and companies with a thousand employees and a 100 projects. Again, Costpoint is scalable, and it grows with you. Now how does Deltek do this? Because Deltek powers Costpoint to ensure that you're successful. Right? And we're powering those outcomes at every stage within the project life cycle. This is our projects like life cycle here. You win the project. Costpoint supports that. You're able to identify various opportunities that are available specifically for your company. Right? Your organization, your NAICS code, your size, utilizing our GovWinIQ. We allow you to plan. Plan for that profitability. You're able to identify your risk. Operate proactively rather than just responding or putting out fires as you're navigating government contracting. Right? Next, we allow you to execute efficiently and within compliance. You have visibility into your projects within real time data, and you're able to optimize your resources for better performance throughout your entire project. And lastly, that last phase of the project life cycle, you wanna analyze. You wanna know how did you perform? How did how did you do on this this project? Right? So Costpoint allows you to analyze, giving you the full picture of your historical data, your current data, and you can even plan for that future as as you're navigating government contracting. And you can make those adjustments in real time. Right? Here, we're unifying the Deltek experience into a single system of intelligence and action. Our platform delivers valuable insights and automation across the entire project life cycle. Okay. And what is that intelligent platform that we're talking about? What what is that? Right? At our bottom layer, we have our DNA. Right? That is our Deltek native architecture. Right? And our foundational DNA is built for compliance, for control. It's in the cloud. Right? And it contains your data, and it adjusts for services. Right? Then our next layer is the apps layer. That's where you find the ERP for your accounting, for your project management, your business development, your project delivery. That's where you're interacting with Costpoint. And then that top layer, that's Della. Right? Della is our AI orchestrator. And what that means is Della provides you with real time insights into your data, answering questions regarding government contracting. So you get that insights and that automation when you need it with the context that understands your people, your processes, and your systems. That's Costpoint. Now how how do we do this? How how does Costpoint support this DNA? Right? Costpoint sits at the center of our Deltek Intelligent platform. And what it means is it integrates the applications for your pricing, your resource management, your people, right, your time and expense, your project management, and business intelligence. Those reports. We all like data. So data flows across teams instead of getting stuck in silos or in someone's head, someone's inbox, someone's spreadsheet. Right? Costpoint brings together the project accounting, the contracts, HR, your payroll, procurement, manufacturing, and reporting, and it ties it back all to the backbone of government contracting, which is your project, the reason you're working. Right? So that enables your real time insights into your project health, your financial performance, and that compliance. Okay. Now what does Costpoint look like? Before we get into Costpoint, we'll just give you a quick look see at what it looks like for the user experience. Right? It's a very modern user experience here. Our interface is easy to navigate. It's easy to learn, and it's easy to for teams to adopt. Those teams that are even outside of finance, they can adopt Costpoint and embrace it. And this leads to faster faster growth. As you have that faster adoption, you get better data quality because everyone's entering information into that single solution. Now we talked a little bit about Della earlier. Right? But we're gonna talk a little bit more about Della and demonstrate Della when we get into the demonstration. But Della is built right into Costpoint. That is our AI layer. And what that means is Costpoint provides you with smart summaries. You'll have the ability to pull a report specifically for a certain contract or a project, giving you a quick summary that you may be able to email out, answer certain questions on reports or requirements as you're bidding for new work. Right? Then we have that AI assistant that answers questions in plain language that that that you use and agents that automate routine tasks, like entering your time sheet, automating those approvals, and even generating records with within the solution. And then lastly, we have practical focus of AI, really allowing you to save time and reduce friction as you're navigating cost point, navigating government contracting. Utilize our AI agent to support you in this process. So what is it that that we're gonna talk about today when we actually get into Costpoint? Right. We're gonna focus on these four objectives. Right? First, we're gonna talk about driving growth. How do you really future proof your business with innovative software that's designed to scale as you grow? How do you do that within Costpoint? Next is how do you optimize your cash flow and your resources? How do you automate your financial processes to expedite the billing, provide real visibility and insights into your cost? Next, Costpoint's gonna show you how you can win and deliver better projects. Really streamline the handoff between finance, your contracts team, your projects control, even HR, you know, and operations. So it's a full front office to back office integration. Costpoint covers all those matters within your within your solution. And then lastly, navigating government contracting. Right? How do you accelerate government contracting success by leveraging a proven solution with built in capability and compliance? We have the guardrails in place within Costpoint to help you be successful. Right? So now we're gonna take a look at how we accomplish this in Costpoint. So give me one quick moment to change my screen. Okeydokey. Well, now we are on Costpoint. This is this is our Costpoint user interface. And I wanna share that the first pillar that we're gonna talk about is driving growth. Right? And growth starts with that adoption. And Costpoint is designed to ensure that it meets users where they're working. Right? Whether you're an executive, you're just entering your time and Costpoint project manager, everything is within Costpoint giving you the ability to interact with Costpoint within your specific function. Right? And all of this happens from our single landing page. This is our welcome page, and we'll we'll give a an overview of what's what's on here. So we'll start here at the top left side of the screen, and this is our welcome button. So as you're navigating Costpoint, you can always click this button and come back home. We do have access to our dashboard. And, again, our goal here within Costpoint Point is provide you with the insights to make the real time decisions. So on your dashboard, you have access to different tasks that you need to perform. Right? You don't have to wait for someone to email you or call you. You have a dashboard with those activities. You have access to your specific time sheets. Maybe you need to look back at some information. We mentioned that, you know, Costpoint also supports HR. So here, you can see your leave balance. Right? Your employees are empowered with that information. We also have access to your expense reports, being able to turn those expenses into cash, into your revenue for your company. Any outstanding expenses, you may have incurred some costs, but now you need to do those expense reports. That's here on Costpoint. But we also wanna highlight the budgeted hours. So as you're beginning to work on projects, you can notify your teams how many hours they have available, how many hours they've expended. Again, giving your employees that access and your project managers that access through the use of the dashboard. Right? Close that one here. We'll come back home. Now what we really wanna highlight and share with you is where cost point begins to take the place of all those disconnected systems that you have. Right? This is our domain center. Here, when you start out with Costpoint, you may launch accounting that that's gonna get you started. You have your projects. Of course, that's the center of government contracting. Your people, time and expense, reports. You're getting things out of Excel. You're running those reports here within Costpoint. Again, those disconnected systems are all here within Costpoint. Then as you have different business needs, different growth needs, you may then execute contracts in in the capturing contracts module. Right? Where you can capture that that data for your specific contracts. Maybe you're doing materials and procurement. You have some subcontractors, purchase orders. Again, all of that is in a single solution allowing you to be effective within government contracting, giving you that ability to grow within your organization. That's our domain center. As we scroll over to the right side of the screen, we'll access the silhouette of a person. This is where your users can begin to take some ownership of what it is their their experience and cost point. Right? You really wanna enable that adoption. Right? So here, you know, you can toggle between light view and dark mode. I know that's a a favorite for some individuals. Right? So giving them that that ability to customize their experience. But here, under manage user profiles, we know that in government contracting, utilizing your system, you have individuals across various roles and responsibilities. So here you can set up user profiles specifically for those tasks, for those functions. Right? Maybe they they're a time and expense. Maybe they're a program manager. Maybe they're an employee. And as you set up these user profiles, it customizes their experience within Costpoint, streamlining what they have access to, giving them those controls, that security, controlling segregation of duties within setting up user profiles. And that's here within Costpoint, again, enabling that adoption and that growth. Here, we also have Della. Right? This is our AI orchestrator. And what I'll do, I'll show here just how Della integrates with each module, with each domain within Costpoint, our accounting, our planning, contracts. And we'll just open this for a little bit and interact with Dela briefly. Wanna know how many open vouchers are they? You know, you're working in accounting. You know, you're getting your journals posted, but maybe you just need to know how many are outstanding so you can send an email to someone or talk to say, hey. We need to follow-up. So we'll interact with Della. Della lets us know we have about 41 unposted vouchers. Right? That should be a highlight. We need to start figuring out what's happening. We're not capturing that revenue. Costpoint let lets us know what's happening there and gives us an access to that voucher. We can hyperlink and go directly there. So utilizing Della as an agent to help you facilitate government contracting. Right? As we continue on our action menu, we'll go down here to help. In our help menu, we'll we'll access our learning hub, and it opened up in my screen down here. So I'll pull it up here just just so that you all can see it. And this is our help menu. And what this means is throughout Costpoint, we know that launching an ERP may have some learning curves. Right? You may have some challenges. So within Costpoint, we provide access with learning learning path, general navigation, product highlights. Maybe you have a specific role or function, and you can watch videos on that project area, view articles on specific project areas. So here you have access to that resource, again, driving the growth through adoption of your cost point system, really enabling your teams to utilize cost point in an efficient manner. Right? Then lastly, we do have help within the solution. If you have a question about a module that you're in, a specific field, you can always access help, get those real time insights into how to update that that information or answer questions specifically to that screen. And then lastly, as we look here at the top, these are our welcome videos to Costpoint. We know that utilizing videos today to help individuals learn and grow is essential. So we've embedded some videos that may equip your your team to understand what is the new user experience. How do I set up on my menu? How do I ask Della questions? Right? By the way, you can talk to Della. You can type to Della. You can speak to Della in in real time, right, to be able to be effective in in government contracting. Okay? So now, what what we'll we'll discuss now is that next stage. Well, not really the next stage, but I wanna highlight the what's gonna take us to that next stage. And that is this navigation banner. And we've set up navigation banners within Costpoint to allow you as as the user or as the setup individual to set up your standard operating procedures within Costpoint. Right? Imagine this is you have a certain process in accounting to enter your AP voucher or a certain process to set up your project. You can set up your standard operating procedures within Costpoint with through the use of a navigation banner, allowing your teams to walk step by step through that process. So, again, Costpoint is allowing you to be enabling you, really, to be compliant on the government level, but now your your teams are compliant within your individual processes, your company processes through the nav banner. So that is how we drive growth utilizing Costpoint. But now we wanna talk about optimizing cash flow and resources. You'll see here, I've set up a nav banner to help navigate me throughout throughout our demo today. But we're gonna start with our time sheet. Right? In Costpoint, we provide four different ways that an individual can enter their time. You have on the desktop, your mobile application, the Teams integration, which is what we'll show here. So let me minimize this screen and also through Outlook. Right. So here is our Teams integration. This is where your employee can come into into Teams where they're working. Again, Costpoint is designed to simplify government contracting for the government contractor. So we meet you where you're working. So your your employees are in teams. They're chatting with with their with their other teammates. Where their time sheet appears here, they can come right here each day. Today is the thirtieth. Here's my time sheet. I can come out, hit eight hours. I can save that, and now my time sheet is updated. I didn't even access Costpoint, but this information is being synced to Costpoint. I'm still working where I daily work, but, I'm also able to interact with Costpoint throughout my team's integration. Right? You're also able to enable comments here on the time sheet, so it is still DCAA compliant. Down below, if you need to make any adjustments, any revisions, we do have those revision codes. If you wanna set up some that are company specific or your your your staff can pipe them in here to Costpoint, and you can save that time sheet and it updates. Right? So you're still DCAA compliant. Now we're gonna utilize Della just for a bit because we also have expenses within Costpoint. So I'm just gonna drag and drop a receipt over here. Again, I am navigating government contracting exactly where where I work. I'm in teams, but I've incurred some expenses. Right? So now I'm gonna engage Della to operate as an agent for me, and we'll see these three dots. Della's thinking for a bit. We'll give it a couple of moments. But what Dela is doing in in these moments is reading this expense, reading this receipt, making decisions about how do I process this document. Right? And you can do this with other applications. Your accounts payable, you can load vouchers throughout Della, and it'll generate the AP vouchers. So as we give this a moment, Della comes back and it recognize, hey. This is a receipt. Do you wanna add this expense? I don't even have to type yes or no. I'll just click it right here. I say yes. Della again begins to think and work. And so now here, that expense was added. Right? It's added to my expense report, and I have a hyperlink directly to that expense report in cost point. So now you're empowering your team. You're optimizing that cash flow because you're capturing those expenses in real time. You're not waiting for your employees to submit that expense. They can do it right while they're working within Teams. You're not waiting for them to do their time sheet. They can do it while they are right in Teams where they're working. That's where Costpoint meets you. Right? So now we've we've interacted with with Teams and, you know, our receipts. Also, you can do your expense reports through our mobile device. But now we're in Outlook. Right? We we know we all get emails every day. Right? And so what Costpoint does, in order for that DCAA compliance, you can receive floor checks. This one here, you'll notice I failed this floor check. Right? I I didn't do my time sheet. Right? But I also get this time sheet reminder each day. So even if you're not utilizing the teams you have Outlook, you can enter that time sheet here. Again, meeting your teams where they work. Right? Minimizing those excuses for late time sheets. You'll see your projects that are loaded here, your direct project, your indirect projects, your leave. All of that information is here within Costpoint. As you update it, it updates Costpoint. Right? Now not only for the employee. Right? The project managers, the supervisors also get alerts within within Outlook, and you get an interactive time card. So I'm working throughout my day. I get an alert that Marty's completed his time sheet. I can easily come in here. I'll see the status. I'll see the total number of hours. I can either reject it or approve it. Right? I'll review it down here. I can review by charge or by day. If I wanna see that detail, of course, I can hyperlink and see that detail grow. So I have that real time insight. And, again, Costpoint is meeting me where I'm working. Right? I can approve this, and it sends that approval into Costpoint seamlessly, right, allowing that optimization of cash. Right? Now we've entered some time. We have some expenses, but now we need those invoices to be done. We've generated that invoice, and now we have a recommendation. That recommendation came from Della. Right? Della, again, learned your system, learned your frequent patterns. And so as you generate your invoices, Dela can make recommendations. Is this invoice approved or recommend to approve that that invoice? The ultimate approval lies with you, but Dela can support you in that process, letting you know, hey. Based on your historical processes, your practices, this invoice is recommended for approval. And lastly, where Costpoint meets you where you're working, enabling that optimization of cash flow. Right? We have different workflows. Maybe you've set up a new contract. You wanna start that project, and you need to get that approval going. Here, you can click to approve a contract, the modification, and then you can click and access that application within Costpoint. You're able to do that all from from Outlook and Teams. Again, seamlessly interacting with Costpoint, but meeting you where you're working today. So now we'll we'll go back into Costpoint, right, with within the application. And we wanna talk a bit about those indirect rates. Right? Those are costs that really impact our profitability, impact how we're performing as a company. So here on our statement of indirect expenses, we've we've captured those direct expenses for labor, even some overhead. But now you're able to see your indirect expenses separated from your direct expenses. You see that on a real time report. Right? So as you're thinking about your profitability, as you're thinking about those indirect rates, as you're thinking about your cash flow, you have those insights here on the statement of indirects. And then you'll see your rates month over month and the year to date rate, really giving you, though, those cost updates in real time so you understand your profitability. This report is for friends, but we also have for overhead the various indirect cost pools that that you may set up for your company. So, again, that's one of those mechanisms of cash. But now we we wanna look at what's happening with that data. We've we've sent out some some invoices. We wanna start collecting that cash. How does Costpoint help us there with optimizing that cash? So here on our executive dashboard, we have over 300 reports in in Costpoint, but this is our executive dashboard. And what I wanna share here is Costpoint gives you that insight into your your outstanding accounts receivable. Right? We have about 2,300,000 outstanding. It shows us our overall days outstanding. Oh my. We may need to make some phone calls to some people. Right? But as we're looking at this, we see it's a hundred and five days, but we wanna know which customer is driving that. This dashboard is interactive, so we can click throughout, and it'll change that information. This customer is two thirty seven days out, and we can then make those phone calls. We can follow-up with those project managers as we need to see and follow-up on that cash, really get that money, bring it back into into into our company. Right? So now we've checked on our a aging AR, but now we wanna see our profit. We've turned those labor dollars into revenue, those expenses into revenue. And so now how is that performing on a project? So we come to our project profitability report to this dashboard, and we wanna look at this by each particular project manager. So we may look at Alex Henderson, and we'll see exactly how much revenue is his project earning, which project is it, what type of project it is. Right? As we look at this by by each of our project managers, we can also see which projects are we the most profitable on. Is it time and materials from fixed price? Giving us those insights, what types of projects should we pursue further? Where should we expand our resources? Right? And then down below, we do have that ability to look project over project at that at that profitability. And now we'll navigate over to our labor report. Right? Utilization is a big thing in in government contracting, but labor is your main cost driver. Right? You labor dollars are is revenue. So here with within Costpoint, you have that ability to see how much direct labor are you are you expending. Are you reaching your goals? Maybe you have a target of about 72%. Are you on target with your direct labor? Right? Are you on target with your indirect labor, those indirect expenses? Costpoint provides you with that data. And, again, it's an interactive dashboard. So as you click through, you'll see the data change and update. Right? So this gives you that real time access, real time integration into your cash, allowing you to optimize your cache. You see it from beginning all the way to end. Right? So the next phase that that we're gonna talk about is how does Costpoint help you win. Right? Win and deliver on on projects. And what we'll start here on on this section of the nav banner where we're gonna walk through, we're gonna start with our opportunity. Right? And here within Costpoint, again, we interact with GovWinIQ. You can import that data directly in from Gov one IQ, and then you'll see all of the information associated with that opportunity, that RFP. Right? You'll see, is this a task order? Maybe we're on a master service agreement, a mobile schedule, a GSA contract. You'll see that information here. It pulls in. You're also able to see your agency. Who are you working with? Right? Again, giving you real time insights into that pipeline you're beginning to build, allowing you to begin to win that project. Of course, you can attach the documents here, so you're not keeping those documents and emails circulating multiple emails around. You're able to attach those here. Now as you want to win that project within Costpoint, we'll allow you to bring in that that value. Right? Many times, the government may say on a RFP, this is about 400 FTE or or something like that. Right? They provide an estimated value. So now you can also add in what value do you project? What is that win probability that that you're thinking about for this particular project? Here, if you wanna utilize the planning to begin budgeting for that project, you'll have that that insight and those resources. Right? As we continue to go through the RFP process, we know that the government issues amendments all the time through RFPs. So here, you have all of those amendment dates. You have your internal dates where you can track your go, no go if you have a certain proposal process, Shipley method. You can add those dates here, really empowering your team throughout identifying that opportunity, navigating, and managing that within within cost point. Here down below, we have the hyperlinks where opportunity links to your contract, your subcontracts. But we will highlight our GovWinIQ tab, where, again, as you're import this opportunity from GovWinIQ, if you need to refresh that information, again, government issues many amendments on the RFP side. You can refresh and update that data. So you know that in real time, you're operating with the latest RFP and that information. You'll have those GovWinIQ dates that pull in when things are due, when do your questions are need to be submitted. Right? So you're now developing that process to really win that that project. You're setting yourself up for the future. Right? Now we've we've won that project. We're just gonna, you know, fast forward a bit. We've won that that opportunity and now it's a project. Right? So here within cost point, this is where we begin to link in our contracts and our opportunities. These unique identifier, this is our contract ID. This is our opportunity ID. All that's linked directly back to a project. So we're seeing visibility throughout the entire process. Right? You'll notice here that Costpoint provides you with that ability to set up projects at multiple levels. So as we looked at on the the RFP, maybe that was a task, a master service agreement. So that's the top level. This next level is the task order. And this third level is where you're gonna begin to charge on that project. Right? That's the activity. That's the project. That's the what. What is the work that you're doing? Right? So let's drill down into that for a bit. Let's look at that project. Now within Costpoint, every transaction in Costpoint comes with our financial architecture. Right? We have our DNA, but this is our financial architecture. That's our project. What is it that we're working on? Right? So here within Costpoint, you can set up that project information. You'll be able to determine, is this a direct project, indirect project, intercompany, IR and D? You can set that up, really begin to customize your system. This is where you begin to put on those guardrails of for your project. How do you operate? Right? Next is the charging activity. This is the account. That's the second level of our financial architecture, the account. What is it with the cost? Right? Is it direct labor? Is it travel? Right? What are you charging? And here within Costpoint, you can set up different account groups that really give you that ability to segregate those costs. Right? Only direct accounts will charge to direct projects. This is where you set up that control. And then lastly, the organization. The most important it's the who. Who is doing the work? Is it a business unit? Is it a specific person? Right? This is where you can begin to customize those organizations for those indirect rates. Maybe you have a different friend for your for your IT unit versus your finance unit, your business development. You capture those costs differently. So within the organization, you can set that up specifically to your project. So now as you're entering transactions, everything comes with your project, your account, and your organization. Right? So that's at the project level. Now we talked a bit about how the government issues amendments on our fees, dates are changing, and you have to keep track of that. So here on the project side, we have modifications. Right? So here in Costpoint, you can add all of your modifications here. Again, taking that information out of someone's head, it's not in a silo. It's now in Costpoint. You see the various modifications. That that email that we had that had a Della recommendation, this is where we have DELLA approval and the confidence rating where you can begin to give DELLA some insights, really offloading some of those additional functions that your teams may may perform. Right? So now we wanna look at what does this look like in in real time. We've we've started entering those projects. We've started capturing those costs. You have your age, they are. You have your open billing. Any unposted invoices, you've calculated them, but you haven't submitted them yet. Right? And then we also have our project backlog. So as we're thinking about how much runway do we have to cover for our company, how how far can we operate if we don't get a new award in house. Right? This gives us that that insight and those intel. Right? So here on our project health report, as with our other reports in Costpoint, you can subscribe to this report. But you'll see your current period cost. You'll see your inception to date cost. So how is this project performing overall, right, at the line level? So not at that top level, at the line level. Then down below not down below, but on the far right, you see the balance. Where do you expect to land? Right? What are do you have a balance remaining? For this one, we we've kind of exceeded some things, so we may need to to take a look at something. Do we need to increase our budget, request a modification? You know, what's happening? But down below, you see that profit. Again, you're in business to be profitable. Costpoint provides you with that data, those insights to be profitable throughout the use of our reports. Right? Now as we get get towards the end, we're gonna know how Costpoint empowers you to navigate government contracting. Right? Where where does that lie within within Costpoint? And it starts with the contract. The contract are the guardrails of of your project. These are the rules that that you need to follow. So here within Costpoint, you can set up those contracts. It's linked to the opportunity. Again, you can attach the documents here within Costpoint, but you'll also begin to see all of that administrative data associated with this particular project. You'll see the project manager. Right? Hey. You this is the individual that'll be notified about this project. You'll see your contract status. Is it awarded? Is it pending? Right? You'll you'll be able to see that that data giving you that real time visibility. Do you need to make some phone calls? Right? But then as as we continue going through, we talked about cosplay adding in that compliance. Right? So here on our contract information, you have access to update all of those federal requirements that come for your contract. You can set these up. You can also clone these. So you don't have to do these each time, but this information is here. Right? But then what's really important are those far clauses. What are the requirements that you are held to on your on your contract? Costpoint, Deltek maintains the far library within Costpoint and is updated. So here, you can go in, add what clauses are applicable to this contract. What is the risk level associated with that clause? Right? But then as you're implementing subcontractors, you're executing purchase orders, you wanna make sure that your subcontractor is following the same rules you are. So here, you can require those slowdown provisions. Right? Really giving you that insight and that visibility from your contract throughout your project to your subcontractor. Right? So Costpoint is supporting you from the beginning of your contract throughout the end. Now I I'd like to highlight the performance rating because making sure that that you're capturing those assessments, how are you performing on your CPARS or audits. Right? Here, you're able to track that. You also have your contract closeout documentation. As you wrap up that contract, you're able to add that that data and that information here within Costpoint, making sure, hey. You've captured all your invoices. You build everything. You're not leaving money on the table. And then we'll wrap up with our command center within Costpoint. This is our interactive dashboard within Costpoint that gives you that real time insight into your overall project data. Right? You'll see your revenue to funding. Do you have a limitation of funds clause? You need to send a note to your contractor. Right? You'll have that information here. We know that implementing government contracting, it may be a learning curve. So Costpoint helps you identify. Did we miss some information? Is there something we didn't set up? That project manager isn't getting that report because we miss setting them up here. Right? So Costpoint gives you that data. But then not only on the project side, we also have that information for your accounting, right, for your accounting teams. So that as they're operating within Costpoint, they have access into that real time data. They can see their balance sheet, the income statement. They'll see those drill downs into those indirect expenses. Each thing here as you click through, it drill down and opens up that that information. So you can see it in real time as as you're navigating government contracting. So, again, Costpoint supports the government contractor from opportunity all the way through contract closeout, giving you those real time data insights, right, throughout the solution. So now I'm gonna pop out of cost point. I'll go back to, my slideshow. One moment here. Okay. One second As I find my webinar. Okay. I found it. Sorry. I kinda lost my my screens for a second, you all, as as we're navigating government contract, and I'm navigating the the computer here. Right? So now we wanna talk about we've we've highlighted Costpoint. We've talked about what it is. We wanna talk about how that governance and that control is built right in within Costpoint. Right? So Costpoint supports a wide range of government contracting requirements. Your FAR, your DFAR, DCAA, CAS, CMMC, all the acronyms. Right? And we're listed on the FedRAMP marketplace. Right? And for customers, this means that you have less manual tracking. You have fewer spreadsheets because, again, those reports are right within Costpoint. And you have much more confidence during those audits, during those reviews. Right? Costpoint gives you those insights. Now Costpoint is able to be hosted within two cloud environments. We have our GCC, which supports FCI and your basic CUI that aligns with NIST 800 and those controls that support CMMC level one. And this option works well for organizations that are early in their compliance journey, or they may be supporting some lower level secured sensitivity contracts. Right? But for that higher level, compliance, we have our GCC moderate. This is designed for those more complex defense and federal requirements. It supports the CUI, the CDI, the CTI, the ITAR data. The government has lots of acronyms. Right? And Costpoint, Deltek, your trusted adviser knows all of them, and we are set up to ensure that you are compliant within them within our solution. So cost point is also listed on the Fed rep moderate listed on the marketplace with controls implemented, not just planned on a road map. They are within our solution. Right? So importantly, cost point moderate supports your CMC level two and level three requirements as a cloud service provider, and we meet the FedRAMP moderate equivalency under the DOD policy. And that support is within The US only, which matters for many of our defense contracts. So what this means is there's a shared responsibility when government contracting is done right. Deltek takes on that heavy lift for the cloud security, for the compliance, While you, the customer, you get to focus on those internal controls and operations. What matters most, your project work. Right? The result is faster compliance, lower risk, confidence that your ERP environment is aligned with today's and tomorrow's, right, government contracting requirement. Now as we begin to wrap up our our demonstration today, what we've been talking about isn't isn't just software. Right? It's about readiness, making sure that you are ready. Readiness to scale, readiness to stay compliant, readiness to evolve as those requirements change. Right? Really manage those projects with confidence, right, even as complexity increases. Because for many contractors, those challenges aren't whether your current system work. You're meeting those. It's about will your system work as your business grows, as the government complexity requirements change, as scrutiny increases. Right? Cost point exists for that exact moment when organizations realize they don't wanna keep patching systems together. They don't wanna keep reacting. They want visibility earlier. They want those controls built in. Right? And they want a platform that's designed for that government contracting for those realities. And so the most useful next step for you all, if this resonates, it isn't a generic demo like we've gone through today, but it's a working session where we map cost point directly to your environment, to your contract mix, to your compliance requirement. Right? Your growth plans, your goals. Right? And we develop a demonstration that identifies where cost point meets your needs, especially where your company may feel stretched. So with that, I'll leave you all with a question before I go to our q and a box. Right? But based on where you're headed as your company, do you want to explore a purpose built government contracting platform and really see what that would look like in your world? And I thank you for this, this opportunity to to demonstrate cost point to you all. And now I'll I'll take a look at at some of the questions here. Okay. When will classic go away? Classic will we you're right now, you're able to toggle between the two, and that's one of our our road map objectives. So we'll be able to to share an more specific date of of that later on throughout this year about when that that toggle will go away. Let's see here. Any time sheet integration. We don't have those integrations yet for Google Chat. However, we are still in the process of continuing to expand our AI capabilities with Della, allowing Della to inter interact with other AI agent and bots. So those are different things that are planned on our on our road map. The material section, that we can do with with a follow-up on a a more specific demo. Our material section is vast, but we do have materials procurement, purchase orders, requisitions. All of that is within within cost point. When those okay. Manage. Okay. So managing your FAR, you can set up different templates and then allocate which FAR requirement is associated with that contract. You know, you can also
