If your question wasn't answered, we will respond to you offline after the webinar. So today's webinar is Supercharge Your Dell Tech Computorese with Add On Modules. A little bit about myself. I'm Denae Spaklita. I've been working with the Computorese product for a very long time and worn many different hats. I was an end user as a CFO for an electrical company for nearly fifteen years. And on the software side of the desk, have served Computerease users through sales, training, support, product manager. And in my current role, I am a senior solutions engineer. This is by far my favorite Computerease role yet. I get to work with contractors like you to streamline your processes and make your Computerease sing as an integral and essential tool for your business. So here's what we're gonna cover today. By the end of this session, I hope you'll have an understanding of some of the Computerease options that can help you work smarter, save time, and maximize efficiency. Computorese offers tools that go above your standard base accounting of payables, receivables, payroll, general ledger, and, of course, job costing. And these options are specific to contractor needs. All of the modules I'm gonna show you are native to the Computerease product, which means none of them are third party or outside integrations. So we've got a lot of ground to cover. But before we get started, I did wanna pose a polling question. Now we're assuming that you utilize Computery's payroll to generate your employees' paychecks. Question. Do you currently use Deltek Computier Ease payroll services for your tax filing and payments, or do you perform those functions yourself? I'll give you a brief moment to submit your reply. Thank you for your feedback. I see them... See responses popping in. Wow. It looks like we have a pretty good mix of payroll service and non payroll service users. There's quite a few of you not yet on the payroll service. So if you answered no, this first topic, it's for you. As you know all too well, compared to other industries, construction payroll is very complex. You're running payroll for a transient and fluid workforce. And not only do we collect time for individuals in different areas, but we allocate that time to generate meaningful job reporting. Can be cumbersome without the correct tools. As our field workers follow job locations, we deal with multiple tax jurisdictions, union requirements, certified payroll reporting, Davis Bacon wages, varying workers' comp rates, garnishments, and so much more. And this list doesn't even touch on the regulatory obligations that follow our payrolls. It can be a lot to keep up with. So the one common denominator that office admins and our field employees have, having the right tool for the job can make a huge difference in your efficiency and productivity. For Us office folks, our payroll service team is one of those tools. Computerease payroll services can remove much of the burden associated with payroll. Federal, state, and local withholding payments and filings, we do that. Paying agencies for garnishments and child support, We do that. Processing your direct deposits? We do that too. And tax agency communications? We also do that. Payroll services will even handle employment verifications. So I'm sure you're wondering where your payroll task stops and our payroll service takes over. Well, your team processes payroll inside ComputeRise the same way you always have. You collect, distribute, and process time, and our payroll service team handles everything after you click print checks and post payroll. Tax compliance, filings, and payments, that's on the payroll service team. So why would you choose Computery's payroll services over a third party provider? Well, there's a few reasons. Reason number one, compliance. Our team stays current on tax law changes so you don't have to. We all know tax laws are constantly changing, and it can be a full time job just to keep up with it. So we do that for you, which also means you don't have to fret about missing tax deadlines, penalties, late fees, or nasty grams from the tax agencies. Number two, our payroll team has literally hundreds of years of combined experience in construction payroll. These aren't general payroll specialists who happen to process construction payrolls. Our team understands union fringes, certified payroll, layoffs, and all the nuances of our construction industry. That expertise can be really hard to find. And because all your payroll data lives within Computerease, it's going to sync directly with your job costing and your general ledger. And number three, most importantly, there's no importing, no ex porting, no reconciling between two different systems. It's all one connected solution that was built specifically for construction companies like yours. Alright. Let's jump over into the software. I'd like to start with our mobile app, Computery's Field. As of today, Field app has three main components, time, expense, and field logs. Field's a mobile application that works on iPhones, Android, iPad, tablets, and even has a desktop version if you prefer that. It's designed for use primarily in the field, but more and more, we're seeing office personnel use field because of its ease of use and approval capabilities and connection of information to the office. Our field app has geolocation service capabilities, so it can automatically detect employee job arrivals and departures and can automatically collect and record weather conditions and weather alerts for your job reports. And field also has Deltek's Della AI, which allows users to create entries through voice commands. So I'm gonna do a high level walk through and show you a simple entry for each of the functions. But if any feature sounds interesting to you and you wanna know more, just raise your hand, and we'll reach out to set up a more detailed demonstration. For presentation ease, I'm displaying the field app on my desktop, desktop, but the screen content is the same on phone and tablet devices. Let's start with field time. Time entries can easily be created by clicking on the plus sign and select the date that we were working, the type of hours that we had. I can put in a lump sum of hours, or if I prefer, I can use start and stop times like a time clock. And we can even have that time clock automatically trigger the employee to start their time when they cross into the geofence location of the job. If I'm entering time for myself, I can select that. And if I have permissions fell swoop. I can put in a brief description so that that will transfer through to my job class. And then this is the part I love. These are my open jobs. There was no exporting to get them out here for time cards. It's an automatic sync to the field app, one of the beautiful things of it being native to the Computerease product. So I can select the job that I was working on, and it even knows the phases and or the categories that I had for my job. And if I'm an equipment operator, I can actually select equipment, that I was using during the time that I worked. I can create the time entry, and now my time is entered. Now I can also enter time, for absences. So I can record if somebody was a no call, no show, or if they called in sick. So that keeps the office from having to hunt me down to find out why I didn't turn in time for Friday. I have my screen configured for a very simple entry, but you could elect to customize your screens by role or employee. For instance, things like the pay types, regular overtime, sick vacation, holiday, nontax, options for job shopper, travel, workers classes, departments. All those different items can be customized on what you want your employees to see and select. You can even allow general laborers the ability to record their time without job distribution and have their foreman complete the entry with the job and the cost code. Lastly, I need to sign my time sheet. I click on sign, and I can record my signature. And when I click submit, my time goes either to a supervisor for approval or it can go straight to the office for processing. If using geo capabilities, approvers are provided with visual indicators that highlight entered time versus arrival and departure discrepancies, which is a very nice feature. Next, let's look at expense. This app allows users to create company credit card purchases or reimbursement requests that they paid for their own money. Now if I'm in the field and I'm on my phone, I can simply click on my camera and I can take a photo of the receipt. Since I'm on the desktop, have to do it just a little bit differently here for for our demo purposes. But I'm gonna go ahead and select a receipt. Now the ICR is reading the image, and it's trying to populate my expense with all the information that it knows. It knows it was for Lowe's. It was for a $132.48, and it has attached a copy of my of my image to the expense request. So as an employee, I get to pick which card that I used and what I bought it for. So the beauty of this is once again, I can select my job and my phase and or category, and I can enter this information right now while I'm thinking of it instead of waiting to clean out my dashboard and trying to remember what job this expense was for so I can turn it into the office. So they can create the entry, and all they have to do is click submit. And now it's been transmitted to the office for review, approval, and processing. Let's take a peek at field logs. What is a field log? Well, we've seen many creative uses for field logs such as daily job logs, accident reports, tool talk attendance lists, equipment checklists. You get to select which information you want to collect from the field and who you wanna collect it from. For instance, I can click onto a daily log, and I can see the information that we've elected to collect from our employees. We can have employees and equipment that come directly from the time entries. We can collect signatures. We have a notes area where employees can talk to text and populate their daily story of what their team did today. And they can even add job site photos and attachments. You also have the ability to create user defined fields and attach them to field logs. So if there's something that's outside of the typical scope of information, you can create those fields for entry. A very nice feature of the weather is that if, again, you're using the geo capabilities, it'll auto populate the weather conditions and weather alerts so that users don't have to make manual entries. When a user has completed their daily log or their field log and they wanna submit it to the office, it's a single click of submit record and the information is sent. So to summarize, we created and sent a time entry, an expense, and a field log from out in the field. Now let's step back into the office so you can see how this all flows in. Okay. So this should look familiar as we're now back in the office. So let's see where our field entries landed starting with our time entries. All of the time sheets come into the time center, which is a holding place where payroll admins or managers are able to review, edit, and approve time entries before they get sent to labor distribution. Once these are in labor distribution, they'll show as unposted payroll and your job cost reports so you can see your labor updating in real time. I love the customization of the screen that you can quickly sort and filter on information. You can preview time that has not yet been submitted to the office and can even elect to retrieve it and pull it into the time system before they sign it. Another benefit of using the time app is what we call the labor signature report. And if I take a peek at this report, those signatures that we collected are visible here along with the time as it was entered in field and then the time as I made my internal adjustments and made my payroll payments. Field expenses will land in the expense management center. You have full visibility of the receipt itself and the expense details. And you can click in to perform edits before posting or simply just reject the expense. Once posted, expenses will update job cost as well as the general ledger. I do wanna point out that we have a very nice expense report that will also show you all of the expenses. And they can feed directly into the reconcile function so that you can reconcile your credit card quickly and easily at the end of the month. Field logs land in the management center. So we have a field log management center that allows you to look at a lot of different information about these field logs that have come from the field. So I can see here, here's a field log that is new and incoming. I can click on it to edit, and I can see all the information that was collected, all that weather information, the time cards that were entered, the materials, if they had given me production so I can actually pick up that information. And again, here's that daily story that we mentioned. We also have the ability if you want to that you can generate a a physical field log that you can send either via email. It's a word template that can be configured to look real nice that can have all my information there for for my customer. We also have the capability that you can use this management center for historical lookups. So if I go back in time, I can do a search and I can see all the different field logs that were out there over a period of time. You can even drill into it if you wanted to look at the days that had, mud conditions. I could do that. I could look up money, and it would find all of the jobs that had that. So if I had weather delays or some kind of keywords, I can hone in and find that information. I also like to point out that if you are collecting production information from the field, we can actually have that information update job costs so that somebody doesn't have to double enter it. So in this instance, they told me that we were 35% complete with the labor on my Jimmy John's remodel came from my field log, and I can actually specify that I want to update my job production with this. So it'll automatically update my percent completes. Now let's review the purchasing and inventory module and the subcontract module. I'm gonna combine these two individual modules in this portion of the presentation because the concepts from start to finish are very similar in nature. Number one, we determine what goods or services we need to purchase. And then number two, we decide how we are going to obtain those goods or services. Do we have the items in stock already? Do we need to order it from a supplier or a subcontractor? And who should we buy it from? Who has the best price? These modules allow you to review your options, commit to a supplier or subcontractor to purchase their goods or services, and then ensure that your vendor adheres to their promised pricing. You can even get warnings if they are billing beyond their contracted amounts or quantities so that you don't overpay. So let's start with the inventory component. If you have warehouses or trucks that carry stock or if you have a list of items you typically purchase, the inventory portion is for you. First, you'll set up or import your items with cost and pricing details. Lots of information that we can assign for our items. If I have warehouses, I can assign bin numbers to where they are when I'm doing my physical counts. If I'm purchasing the item, I can have the quantity format that I typically buy it, and it will calculate the average cost for me, which is a wonderful thing, the last cost that I paid, and then I can also have it track the quantity on hand and what that value is. We can even put in reorder points so that I can get a warning when it's time for me to buy more of these. The system also does serialization. So if I am stocking things like HVAC units or stoves, refrigerators. I can have serial numbers attached to my inventory. And then from a sales perspective, the whole goal is to sell this stuff. Right? So I can have my unit of measure and how I wanna sell it, and I can establish different price levels. Maybe I have a residential versus a commercial rate or whatever these different price classes mean to you. Now if I have a true warehouse situation, I can use the inventory adjustment module to make my transactions. I can specify if I sold something. Maybe I'm returning something from a job site. I had leftovers, and I wanna throw it back in stock. I can do receipts, transfers. I can even scrap. Somebody dropped it. Broken. Gotta scrap that one. I can also charge to a job. I wanna point out that all of these options can be done here within this screen, or we also do have a phone app that they can use out in the field or if you have a warehouse technician that they can actually perform these entries charging to job, to and from stock, etcetera, right from a handheld device out in the warehouse. There are a ton of reports that we can generate. One of the ones that I like is the transaction report because it gives me a bird's eye view. I can see how many I've sold, how many were ordered, how many I've received, and I can see if it was lost, scrapped, etcetera. So I like the transaction report. It tells you a little bit about what's going on in your warehouse. So there are lots of reports that are available. You can pick and choose the ones that that you like and add them to your menus like I've done here. Now how does this work with the purchasing system? You may be entering purchase orders that you wanna send to your vendors. You wanna keep track of what you ordered. You can pick the job that it goes to, what type of cost it is. Maybe it's something that's going to a service work order. I can do that. You can even specify where you want it to ship to. We can create PO numbers using either those inventory items, or if it's just something that happens to be a lump sum kind of thing, maybe I don't have an item number for it, it's something miscellaneous, I can also do non stock purchases. In this instance, I'm ordering a gear package for $5,000. You could put notes for your vendor, user defined fields that contain information for whatever you want to put in there, and you can even have attachments so that you could attach copies of, maybe that vendor's quotes, that kind of thing. Once you have a purchase order issued, you can enter the receipts. I would bring up the purchase order, and then I could put in how many we actually received. This can flow over to the accounts payable so that when I go to enter the invoice that I got from the from the vendor, I'll know how much the warehouse received in the back. One of the things I do like to talk about is what we call a pool list. Pool lists are really beneficial to help you identify where the parts are that I need for a particular job. So you have a material list that came from your takeoff perhaps. You can import that information, all the items that I know are needed for this particular job, and I can determine how I want to furnish this job. Order them, pull them from stock, or split it and do a little bit of both. But these pull lists can help you identify how you wanna make your purchases. Now if I have a pull list like that and I've decided what I wanna do, I can press shop a little bit too. I can bring up that list. And for the items that I know that I wanted to purchase, I can actually shop it out. Who had the best deal overall by unit prices? One of the things that I like to point out as far as reporting, this is the one I used to really like. I would get an invoice from ABC Supply, and I could look at the history, and I can see all the invoices that have been applied against that PO. When I'm entering the payables invoice and I bring up purchase order number 77, if I have an invoice in hand for 18,000, Houston, we have a problem. Subcontracts are very similar. The difference between the subcontracts and the purchase orders, I like to think of it as there's a lot more things to track, I think, sometimes for subcontracts. Purchase orders, we're issuing a PO that's maybe for a basic item, or you could even use it for services. But if I need an actual contract to send to the subcontractor, I can get all that information. And I can track a lot more information about that subcontractor because we have a tendency to need more from them. Maybe we need them to do a bond, We're gonna withhold retention. We're gonna keep track of start and finish dates, different contacts that are available. I can even have different templates that I'm gonna use to generate the contract that I'm gonna send to the subcontractor. I can also track lien waivers. You can do that on POs too, but I know subcontracts tend to be a little more into that. I can track the activity just like Kent can in change orders. So I can see who initiated it, when it was approved. Is it pending? What's the deal with this? I can put in a scope, and then I get to add the items that I am subbing out for this subcontractor. I can even add back charges so that if something went wrong and I'm gonna back charge them for their damages, I can make amendments through change orders and back charges against those initial subcontract agreements. We also have user fields and, of course, attachments. So if I wanna keep a... Kept track of the subcontract, images, that kind of thing, I can do that. Enter AP invoice is still the way that I relieve those subcontract agreements. So when you're entering in an invoice, whether it's for a subcontractor or for a supplier, So depending on which number they gave you, you can see purchase orders and you can type in that number and it'll find it, or you can also look at subcontract. Now from a subcontract standpoint, we do have some purchasing tools. So you can set up bids, jobs that you're going to be taking off, and you can have the different trades or the scope that you're gonna collect those bids for. So I can take a look here at my electrical scope. I can see that I sent an... A bid invitation to Graco, Graybar, and Kendall, all three of these. And I sent it on the seventeenth, emailed it over to him. And I received a quote back, and this was the price that they gave me. So the beauty of this is that I can record this information, and it helps me generate a very knowledgeable subcontract. I can create the contract right here and I can pick who I wanna award the item to. So again, it's a big tool for you to look at what they sent in and what was the best price so that you can have an educated view when you issue those commitments. This is an example of what, a bid history report looks like. I like it because it shows you that they were the low bidder, and this is who I subcontracted and awarded it to. I showed you the purchase order balance report is a great way to check the status of POs. But what about subcontracts? Well, we have a whole center designated to subcontracts. This is reading across all of my subcontracts on on my jobs. I can filter by a specific job or by a specific subcontractor if I want, but this is looking at all my jobs. You see that I have 33 active subcontracts out there. I have payables that are out there. I have made payments to date. But the part that I really like is this area here where I have these warnings, that it will tell me all the people that I have that have expired workers comp so that I can actually generate letters to them. Also tells me if I have any contracts that have been overbuilt. And there's a number of reports that you can view. I like to point out here the summary and the detail are honestly my favorite. The detail report will show you all the subcontracts that you had. And it'll show you the individual invoices and the payments that were made against those subcontracts. Love that information. Now the output. I mentioned that it can generate documents for us. So this is an example of a purchase order. I have a word template that I've added my logo. So this is an example of a purchase order format that I could send to my vendors. And you can kinda see the difference between a purchase order and a subcontract. Subcontracts tend to have a lot more verbiage. Now you could still have a page of your standard terms and conditions on purchase orders, but the subcontracts have a tendency to have a lot more information. And so this is an example of what an actual subcontract agreement can look like. It comes with a standard template, but you can also customize for what works for you. The point that I didn't mention, which is really the strength of using POs and subcontracts within Computerease, like I said, it's native and it's in the product, is that it's going to create commitments on my jobs when I issue those purchase orders and issue those subcontractors. So instead of a a project manager getting a shock of the century when he gets $73,000 worth of cost that he forgot was hanging out there, that vendor or that sub just hasn't built it yet, I can actually see that over on my job center and on my job cost reports. So I can see subcontracts and also material purchases that are still yet outstanding, and I can see when they were billed that the vendors generated an invoice and what is still remaining. So that's a very important number, and that is a huge benefit of using the subcontract and the purchase orders right within Computease. Let's talk about fleet and asset and tool and equipment tracking. Hitting two modules with one stone again. So fleet and asset is about getting a true picture of what it costs to own and operate your own equipment. And for a lot of contractors, that number is bigger than they realize once they actually start tracking it. I like to demonstrate fleet and assets through what we call the equipment center. So I happen to be looking at one piece of equipment, and at a glance, this tells you what you can learn about this equipment. I can have images of it. I can track maintenance, scheduled maintenance based on miles or hours or dates. I can even create service orders for my in house mechanic to record his time and materials for scheduled and unscheduled repairs. Costs can flow into this equipment through accounts payable, purchase orders, and even payroll. So usage hours can be recorded and charged to your jobs at whatever rates you deem, and cost collection can happen just through doing your daily accounting. This happens to be my equipment cost detail report. You can see that it's providing me a lot more information than just the initial purchase price of that equipment. Cost today on this has been $465,000 on this unit. Now we also have the tool and equipment tracking module. And this piece allows you to check tools and equipment in and out of jobs or to specific employees or even inventory locations. So you always know where your equipment is and when it's due back. You can even job cost those items with daily, weekly, or monthly rates to charge yourself for those items. If you rent equipment to outside contractors or bill your own jobs internally, you can generate invoices right out of this module. I heard someone refer to this report the other day as the where's my stuff report, and I think that basically nails it. You can get a quick bird's eye view of where all your assets are. Among the sales tools that we have is our CRM module. I always like to start in the sales center for this module because it's where you'll manage your sales pipeline, your bids, your opportunities, and all the activity that happens before a job is awarded. In the sales center, you have your pipeline laid out by stages of the sales cycle. You get to set these up to match the stages of your company's sales processes. Each of the stages are clickable, so you can always drill in to see the detail that supports the opportunities. Tracking activities on your opportunities is also built in CRM. There are lots of details that you can track and can even generate a quote right out of the system. When you're working an opportunity, you have the ability to assign tasks and you can assign these to specific people on your team. The system automatically sends them an email and a calendar invite as a reminder to complete that task, which honestly, if you've ever had a follow-up fall through the cracks because it was sitting in someone's head and they forgot about it, this is the thing that can fix that. All of your notes, all of your updates will live here in the opportunity instead of someone's email inbox or a sticky note on their desk. You also have a search center that allows you to read and filter across your records. You can filter by project manager, by stage, or whatever you need. And you can save those filters so you can view or export your results into a report. And then once the job is awarded, it links directly to the job dashboard and job center, so you can always go back and see the full history of how that project came to fruition. So next, let's talk about the project management suite, which includes document management and scheduling. I like to demonstrate these modules from within the job center just to demonstrate how easy it is for project managers to get to this information from the screens that they're used to using on a daily basis. So starting with document management, we have field logs, which I've already shown you. We also have punch lists and meeting minutes. And we have this wonderful document manager that allows you to look at all of the documents and generate documents right out of Computerease attached to the job. So I can have submittals tracking. I can have a correspondence log for RFIs and transmittals. I can have and maintain drawing logs for drawing revisions. And of course, change orders and requests for changes also are visible within this document center. Also accessible from the job center is our scheduling module. For scheduling, you've got a full project scheduling view that is tied directly to your job With your tasks, phases, categories broken out to your timelines, we also support the critical path. Last but not least is our service management module. This is designed for those of you running a service department where you have volumes of quick smaller jobs that you need to manage. So from the dispatch board, you have a complete view of every open work order and who's assigned. Now this dispatch board can be configured by you. You get to design what information you'd like to see in it. And we have a number of different views you can look at it. Daily, weekly, etcetera. Lots of different things that you can do. Customize things by user. So if I want to assign somebody to run a call, let's see if we can assign this call to John Smithfield to run, on the first. I can assign the call to him, and I can export it out to FieldEase to his handheld unit. My tech gets an email or a text to let them know that they've been assigned new work. When they log in to the FieldEase web app on their iPad or their tablet or laptop, they can see the details of the requested work. They can record the material they used, the labor they used, and they can also collect customer signatures. There's a number of different things that they can complete. I'm just touching on the surface of it. We collect the information from the field, and when he's done, he can export it back to the office so that we can generate the bill. The service management module isn't just for one off service calls. It also handles maintenance contracts. The system manages when services need to be performed and when we need to bill for them. So it keeps your recurring work organized and make sure nothing ever slips through the cracks, whether it's for service or for billings. Now I did promise at the beginning of this session to show you a little bit about Qtool, which is our report writer. Now this is not an add on module. Qtool is built in with every install. So you have it. Qutl is a report writer that allows you to pull data that you wanna see and format your own reports. So for instance, here's the different modules I can select from. I'm gonna pick job cost. I'm gonna do a quick job cost summary report. Just double click. Here's reports that I've saved. I'm gonna create a new one. Easy enough. All I have to do is select the items that I would like to see on my report. So let's pull the job information, contract amount, bill to date, and then I think I wanna create my own little math calculated field here. So I'm gonna click on calculated. Let's take the contract amount minus bill to date. Simple enough. Right? And then I can name it left to bill. Let's give it two decimal spots, and we'll also put a comma in there. K. And then you can also add to your reports any kind of user defined fields that you might have. So I have a user defined field called project manager, and I wanna throw that on my report as well. And ta da, there's the information. K. Now once I have this data, if I wanted to, I have on these little icons up here, I can send it to Excel, and it'll push it out to a spreadsheet. So sky's the limit of what I wanna do with it out there. And we can also do some things to make this report work a little bit better for us. You can reorder your columns, and we can also sort the columns. So I think this report would be really nice if I could sort it by my project manager. It'd be nice if each person's items were grouped together. So I'm gonna sort by the project manager. I'm gonna go ahead and click okay. And now notice that my my, my report has been reformatted. And I can also put subtotals in here. So let's also group it so that I can get subtotals by project manager. So it's super easy to customize these reports on how you want the data to look. If you love this report, you can click on save, and then I can name the report. Okay. Now the cool thing also about QTL reports is that we can put them in as a report book. The system can automatically send my report to the desired recipients on a regular cadence that I get to establish. Another cool thing is that you can add these reports, Qtool reports, right to your workflow menus by simply dragging and dropping so that you don't even have to come out to Qtool to get your report. You can drag and drop so it's right here on your main desktop. Okay. Boy, that was a lot of information to cover. So one quick poll question. Would you like to be contacted to learn more about the Deltek Computerease modules I've shown you? Give you a second to record your answer. Someone will reach out after the webinar to everyone that's raised their hands or requested more information. While you're recording your information, I wanna take a quick moment to mention g two. So if you're not familiar, g two is one of the most widely used software review sites. A lot of contractors use it when they're researching and comparing software options before making a purchase decision. So as you can see on the slide, Computerese has earned some really amazing recognition. So if you're a current Computerese user and you've had a good experience, we would love if you could take a few minutes to leave us a review. It's easy to do. Just follow the link that's listed here on the slide. And as a little thank you for being a customer and taking the time to do a review, you'll receive a $25 gift card just for completing it. We really do appreciate every single review. Not just because it helps us grow the Computorese family, but it helps other contractors identify the best solution for their business. Okay. The long awaited q and a period is here. So we've got some time that I can work through some of these questions. Why don't you go ahead and post in the chat if you haven't already, and we can start to sit through them. Let's see here. First question. Any add on for tracking of production rates from field labor and storage of daily photos with the capability of running reports. Yes. Field logs is the tool for tracking production... I should say collecting production from the field. They can enter in units or percent complete in their field logs. And then that information, when it's transmitted back to the office... Remember how they click on that submit button? Once it gets back to the office, you can actually take those numbers, and you can push them over into your job cost. So instead of getting some handwritten logs of what they've accomplished and keying in those entries, you can, you can instead automatically post those entries that came from field logs. Let's see. Does this cover any of the new app or features coming, field e specifically? So the things that I showed you today were all existing modules as they sit today. Nothing that's coming out in the future. But if you're wanting to learn more about new features that are coming, new modules that are coming, that kind of thing, I highly recommend that you sign up for our customer town halls. An easy way to sign up and register for those, they're free for you to attend. They're online, and they're very informational. But when you're in Computease, in the upper right hand corner, when you're logged on on your main pat... Page, there is, a little del... Deltek Chevron. If you click on that Deltek Chevron, there's an option to register for town halls. Town hall registration, I think it's called. So you can sign up for those, and that's probably the best place for you to learn about what's coming down the the highway for us. Okay. If I need to resolve an issue with Computerease, what do I do? Our best bet is for you to reach out to our support teams first and foremost. And if you're unsure how to do that, it sounds like maybe you don't have, support access or something at this point. But to do that, again, from that main Computease landing page, in the upper left hand corner, there's a help drop down, and there's a function for contact product support. And if you're not already signed up for support, you can register there. But that's your best bet for assistance is to start with our support teams. They're very knowledgeable. It can help you. When will fieldies and field b combined? Well, we're in the process of moving all the existing functionality that it's in field ease over to field. Now we did that already with time and expense. And next on the road map that they're working on in development right now as we speak is, the service module. So that ability that I showed you to, from within Computerease, dispatch calls out to the field, dispatch work orders out to the field that I showed you. That piece is what's in progress being written now. Now what we've been doing as we move these modules from one place to another is we've been reviewing the idea portal. We highly encourage you all when you have suggestions for the product to create an idea on the on the idea portal. If you don't know where that is, I mentioned how to get to the support. You know how you can click on help and contact product support. It'll dump you right out to the... Our support website. But if you... Once logged in to that support website, there's a spot where you can share your ideas, and you can tell us the different things that you want to see in the product, and you can vote on other people's ideas. I was over in the product area when we redid both field logs and, well, all three of them, time and expense. And we looked at the existing functionality of FieldEase, and then we read all the suggestions that people had made. And we tried to incorporate as many of those new suggestions into, the field app. So you're getting not only the existing functionality that you had in fieldies, but more. So it's like a new and improved version. For instance, on the, field logs, that production that was the first question that I just answered about collecting production figures from the field, that was something that we added with that capability because people were asking for it in fieldies, so we added it to the field log portion when we moved that over to the new product. Let's see. Does payroll services provide year end forms printing? Yes. We can. Our payroll services can provide the filing and also the actual generation. They'll print your w twos and your w twos, your ten ninety fives, your ten ninety nines. They'll they'll print that as well as file for you. That's a service that they also provide. Good thing to think about while year end is quickly approaching. Do employees have to use geolocation tracking? No. They do not. This is a... In... This must be in regards to the field time, I'm assuming. They don't have to have the geolocation tracking turned on. Of course, there's benefits to it. One of the things that I'd like to communicate so that the employees understand, they feel like, oh my goodness. They're they're following me. They're watching me. Not true. Our app is only tracking their geofence activity. So when they cross that geofence line coming in or coming out, that's when it starts to track them. So, if they left the the the job site for the day, when they cross out of that geofence, it does record that, but it doesn't keep track of where he went, you know, his live activity of where he is when he's outside of that geofence. So that's something you can share with your employees, that they don't have to be... Be aware that someone's following them or tracking their, you know, their employer's tracking their whereabouts other than when they're on the job site. Do we have to have all three modules for field? No. You do not. You can pick which modules you want and how many users you think for each of them. So, like, let's say that you have 25 employees that you need to be doing time entries, and 10 of those employees are project managers. So I need 25 time entry people, and I need 10 expense people because they're the only ones that have company credit cards, let's say. So you can purchase just time, just expense, 25 users for time, 10 for expense. So you can pick and choose which modules you want and how many seats you want for each of those modules. Okay. I like this one. My desktop screen looks different than yours. How do I get your view? We have an old menu structure that I see a lot of folks still use. Lots of times when I'm talking with existing customers, we'll hop on their system, and I'll see that old menu pop up. And it's funny to see it now after working on the new menu for so many years. But it was called the classic menu, that looks slightly different than the workflow menu that I was using. So if you want to try out my menu structure, which I really do suggest that you do it, there's a lot of benefit to using it, one of which is, like I was showing you, the ability to create your own menus. That part's really cool. Those tabs that are across the top of my screen, you get to configure those. You can even share menus with your coworker. If they see yours and they're like, oh, man. That's really cool. I want mine to look like that. You can send them you can send them a copy of your menu structure so that they can easily load it onto their screen. But if you wanna change your view or to test it out, it's not a permanent change. Remember I talked about the, upper left hand corner of the screen where there's some drop down options? There's one called view in the upper left hand corner of your main landing page of Computerease, and there's... You'll see workflow menu and classic menu. So you can toggle back and forth between the two. Now if you're the company administrator and you have some folks that are wanting to use the classic and sometimes it might confuse people, other operators because they don't recognize what they see, that one person is still on the classic menu, if you want to enforce usage of the workflow menu, you can do that. There's a spot in the password maintenance. You should be able to log in, and you can disallow users from using that old classic menu. So that way, everybody in your company is using a same consistent menu structure. It can sometimes, I think, alleviate some confusion. So, the the function when you log in to password maintenance is allow classic main menu. I was just checking to see what that's called. So if you uncheck that, those users can't use the old menu, and they'll be forced to use the new workflow menu. Again, when I came from the product department, that was something we added to the system because we did have administrators saying, I can't get Helen to use this new menu, and and so that's one way that you can enforce that within your organization. Okay. Let's see what else we have here. Okay. Can I limit employees' access to q tool? Yes. So the way the q tool works is it follows the Computere's user access. So for instance, you did not give me accounts payable access. That means I can't see accounts payable in qTool. So you can turn off qTool access entirely if you wanted to, if you didn't want them to be able to do, you know, data dumps of certain sorts, or you can limit what you want your users, user by user, to have access to. And that's also password maintenance, function. So the access to what they see in q tool follows the access to what they see in Computery's desktop. How do we get the report books app? Okay. Report books is like Qtool. It is not an add on module. You own it. If you have Computerease, you already have report books just like you already have Qtool. So where you find that is it's under tasks on your menu, and it's called work on report books. And if you need additional assistance with that module, our services department would be tickled pink to assist you, and provide you some training on how to really utilize those functions. Okay. Let's see. I've got a few minutes for a couple more. Okay. I'm new with our company. We have fleet and assets on our menu, but I don't know how to use it. How can we request training? Okay. Anything that you saw within the system that I showed you today, if you saw that menu option on on your on your menu, that means you already have that module. So if you see inventory and purchasing, that means you already own that module. So, if you don't know how to use it... I know sometimes when people transition in and out of companies, there can be some knowledge loss there on how things work, how things are configured. If I click this, what does it do? What effect is it gonna have over here or over there? We have... Our services department can provide you with training on those modules. They'll take a look at how your predecessor had done their configurations, and they can explain to you what those configuration settings mean and, help you understand how to use the tools that you own. And, again, I keep referring back to on that main Computorees landing page, pretty much contact with with us here at Deltek Computorees can be done from that main landing page within Computorees. But, again, over on the right hand side, remember that Deltek Chevron that I mentioned that's in the upper right hand corner? If you click on that, that's the way that you can request additional services, reports, and training from our services team. So there's a spot under there called... I think it's called training request, that that will put you right in... It'll put you right in touch with our services team so that they can, they can schedule something, some one on one training with you to walk you through those modules. So in that Deltek Chevron once again. Okay. Let me see if I have anything else here. If we don't get to these, like I mentioned, we will absolutely, 100%, reach out individually, to answer your question that you had submitted. What payroll processing do you have? Here's another one. What payroll processing do we have? We have, your employee maintenance functions, setting up your deductions, fringes, direct deposits. We can... Our payroll system can handle unions, certified payroll, Davis Bacon. Our our payroll system can do a lot. It will read how you have your employee and your system configured and calculate gross to net. It can generate checks or direct deposit, can send the direct deposit, and check stubs via email to your employees. And there's also what's called an employee hub. I debated putting that in here, but I was afraid we were gonna run out of time. But the employee hub is an area where your employers can... Employees, pardon me, can log on, and they can see check stubs, w two copies. So instead of them coming to the office when they're applying for a loan, they can get their paycheck stubs right out of the employee hub simply by logging in. So... And then, of course, if you wanted to take our payroll processing a step further, then you could also have our payroll services do, you know, dotting your i's and crossing your t's with your tax filings and your your payments to agencies and that kind of thing. Okay. I think I made it through most of the questions. I'm bumping up on time here. So I think that should probably do it for us for today. I really appreciate you taking the time to to meet with us. Again, if you have any questions, free... Feel free to contact us. There's an email address here on this q and a screen, also an 800 number that you can be put in touch with our team members. And, we look forward to talking to you soon. Thank you so much for attending.
